Shrimp and Sausage Saute’

It is finally time for Shaun and me to get our lives together. We have noticed that we have gained a whole bunch of weight lately. For me, it’s not all weight from the baby because I slimmed down a couple of months ago. However, due to this crazy pumpkin flavored everything season, it is now back. So I figured that it is finally time to get back into meal prep. This is the first dish that I decided to make and it came out pretty amazing. So I hope that you enjoy it as much as we did. Shrimp and Sausage Saute'
Prep Time 10 minutes

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan. When hot, add shrimp.
  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and saute until pink, remove and set aside.
  3. Add turkey sausage and saute for 2-3 minutes. Remove.
  4. Add the other tbsp of oil to pan. Then add all veggies except garlic.
  5. Saute until soft and add garlic, shrimp, and sausage to pan.
  6. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. ENJOY!
